China Summer Training Camp

The Summer Training Camp in the Chinese National Table Tennis Training Center starts from June 20th of 2011 and ends on September 20th 2011. The camps train both professional players and Table Tennis lovers from all over the world.
The duration of training can be chosen among 15 days, 30 days, 45 days and so on.

The fee structure for the training (all inclusive) is as follows:
15days : 1490USD
30 days: 2690USD
45 days: 3990USD
60 days: 5190USD

Lindsey Vonn is the new celebrity hooked to Table Tennis. Please welcome her!

Lindsey is a member of the US ski team. She has won three consecutive overall World cup and downhill championships and a gold medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Ovtcharov top seed at Brazil Open

The 2011 Brazil Open starts today (09 Jun 2011) and runs until 12 Jun at fabulous Rio de Janerio city. The open tournament is also an ITTF Pro Tour event, where the top seed is the powerful Dmitry Ovtcharov.

Did you know that Sharath Kamal beat the Table Tennis Legend Jan Ove Waldner 3-1 in the German League this year? Yes, Waldner is definitely well past his prime. But it was an interesting tussle indeed!

Gaurav, Isha win Cadet Crowns

Gaurav Lohapatre, the kid with the never-say-die attitude and Isha Joshi clinched the Cadet Boys and Girls titles at the Le Meridien District Ranking tournament at Deccan Gymkhana Pune.

Gaurav beat Rohan Khivansara in the finals 11-9 11-13 11-2 and 11-8. Earlier, Gaurav had beaten top seed Sanat Bokil in the semi-finals in a pulsating match winning 3-2 from 0-2 down.

Pune District Ranking Tournament 2011 Kicks off today

The first ranking tournament of the season has started at the Deccan Gymkhana Club, Pune today.

Chinmay Datar, Shubhankar Ranade, Sruja Bhat, Devika Bhide, Adwait Brahme and many others in the juniors and Martand Biniwale, Atul Bapat in the Men's section are some of the top players in this tournament.

Madhukar Lonare will be the Chief referee of the tournament.

Sharada Centre wins Pune District Inter Club title

Sharada Centre represented by Upendra Mulye, Chinmay Datar, and Akshay Deshpande beat Deccan Gymkhana E 3-0 to win the Pune Inter Club Championship.

Earlier, in the semi-finals, Sharada Centre beat Deccan Gymkhana B, while the other two semi-finalist teams were from Deccan Gymkhana.
