1st Maharashtra State Ranking Table Tennis Tournament

The 1st Ranking Table Tennis Tournament of Maharashtra will be held at Dombivali Gymkhana, MIDC Dombivali (East) from 23rd to 28th July 2012.

Aman Balgu dominates All India Inter Railways Table Tennis

Aman Balgu beat Soumyajit Sarkar 4-0 to win the All India Inter Railway Championships at Dharwad. In the Women's final, Anindita Chakraborty beat Shreya Ghosh 4-3.

Aman also played a stellar role in his team - Central Railway's win over South Eastern Railway. Omkar Torgalkar, and Martand Biniwale were his team mates.

Earlier in the Singles, Soumyajit Sarkar caused the upset of the tournament, beating Anirban Nandi in a thriller, 4-3.
