Five possible ways Ping Pong more deadlier than guns
Ping Pong more dangerous than Guns says Texas State Representative (Kyle Kacal).
5 Possible reasons:
5 Possible reasons:
- The Ping Pong ball is bigger and travels at high speeds
- The ball is delivered at short distances, usually around 12-15 feet (9 ft is the length of the table)
- The trigger is a paddle, not just a small trigger found in guns
- The opponent is dumb, does not defend a shot fired from the paddle and the ball that is launched
- The Ping Pong ball very often hits vulnerable parts of the lower body area

Donic Bluefire, spin, speed, control and more
Donic seems to have introduced a winner in the Bluefire series (M1, M2, M3). The rubbers boast extraordinary amounts of spin, and have great control. Speed is very good, but that is not their forte. A very balanced series of rubbers, Bluefire can be very effectively used for middle to slightly far from the table play. The rubber is ideal for both backhand and forehand.

Priced lesser than the Tenergy, Bluefire rubbers are definitely great value for money. An ambitious club level player (USATT rating 1600-2300) can easily adapt from Tenergy since Donic has spent valuable and careful time to research and bring out this rubber. Similarly, for a player above USATT rating of 2300, it is a simple move without major adapting required.
For someone who has money to spare but not a high playing strength, one can still go for this rubber, especially if one is used to the earlier Donic series (Coppa JO Gold, Coppa JO Platin, Sonex JP Gold)
Overall rating: 9.5/10
TableTennisBug rating
Speed: 8/10
Spin: 9.5/10
Control: 9.5/10
Value for money rating: 10/10
Other properties: High throw, high arc, slightly heavy

Jan Ove Waldner wants to coach the Sweden team
All time Table Tennis great, Waldner, expressed his desire to coach the Swedish Table Tennis team. Not only that, Waldner even suggested a unique idea. That Jorgen Persson and Mikael Appelgren can join him and form a coaching team. Waldner felt that this strong team had a lot to share in terms of experience and expertise.
Waldner hinted at problems with the current Swedish National coaching system and coach. In addition to this, the Swedish Table Tennis Association is without a sponsor for over a decade.
Here's a video of him demonstrating the forehand topspin stroke:
